• Account Information: Email address, login credentials, and subscription status (via Supabase Auth & Payhip).
• Document Data: Project descriptions, client details, budget structures, milestones, and specific legal clauses.
• Verification Metadata: Full names, electronic signature stamps, and IP addresses when signing agreements.
• Visual Assets: Reference images and mockups uploaded directly to our storage.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Render the electronic signature visor and generate Scope of Work drafts.
• Verify and process Premium upgrades via Payhip webhooks.
• Comply with Google Cloud Platform OAuth and Supabase Auth verification requirements.
• Facilitate dispute resolutions between freelancers and clients with digital signature logs.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

SowDock does not sell or lease your personal information. We transfer document data to AI providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Generative AI) solely to process Scope of Work generations and commercial audits under strict developer data privacy terms (no training on user data).

We also utilize Supabase for database hosting, authentication, and file storage, and Payhip for payment processing.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use secure cookies and local storage to keep your session authenticated (via Supabase Auth tokens). We do not run invasive marketing pixels or cross-site tracking scripts.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You retain complete control of your data. You may delete any created proposal draft or signed contract at any time from your SowDock Dashboard. Deleting a record removes it permanently from our Supabase tables.
