1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SowDock platform (sowdock.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Use of AI Content Generation

SowDock provides an artificial intelligence-assisted Scope of Work (SOW) and contract drafting service. While we configure state-of-the-art legal and commercial models (including OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini) to provide high-quality drafts, the generated documents do not constitute formal legal advice.

Disclaimer: You are solely responsible for reviewing, modifying, and verifying the legal validity of any contract generated through our service before sending it to clients or executing it.

3. Digital Signatures and Consent

SowDock facilitates the collection of electronic signatures from your clients. By using this feature, you and your clients consent to the collection of verification metadata, including date/time seals, names, email addresses, and source IP addresses. Both parties agree that electronic signatures executed through SowDock are intended to be legally binding commercial consents.

4. Storage and User Content

Our platform permits users to upload reference files, mockups, and visual assets to our Supabase Storage bucket. You retain all intellectual property rights to the assets you upload. However, you grant SowDock a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display these assets solely for the purpose of rendering your specific Scope of Work documents to your designated clients.

5. Payments and Billing (Payhip Integration)

We offer a Premium subscription plan processed securely through our payment provider, Payhip. By upgrading to Premium, you authorize us to charge the specified subscription fee to your payment method. Refund queries and billing disputes are subject to Payhip's merchant guidelines and SowDock's support policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SowDock, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our AI-generated documents, database queries, or signature collection services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of SowDock's registration, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
